Meet Your Anchor
I am a Licensed Fee-Based Pastoral Counselor-Associate based in North Carolina and the founder of AnchorPoint Integrative Therapy and One Touch Community Counseling Services. My work centers on providing comprehensive mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations for individuals navigating life transitions, medical procedures, or emotional challenges that require clinical insight and clarity.
I hold a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s in Religious Studies and Divinity, both from Liberty University, and bring over 20 years of pastoral and counseling experience into my client work. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and Trainer, specializing in relationship wellness and premarital guidance.
With a unique ability to integrate faith-informed values and evidence-based practices, I strive to deliver care that is thorough, culturally responsive, and deeply compassionate. Whether through bariatric evaluations, grief assessments, or premarital screenings, my goal is to equip clients with meaningful insights and actionable steps toward healing.
Outside of the office, I’ve been joyfully married for over 21 years and am the proud mom of two beautiful daughters. I find peace in family time, energize through fitness, and unwind with a little gaming on the side.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to help each person feel seen, supported, and strengthened mind, body, and soul.
